so the reason for skipping blogging about yesterday was that it was pretty uneventful, slept in, did some groceries, thats about it, but then Char messaged me....
so i went out with the girls. we started at Chars, her and her flatmate had wine, i had lime and soda water, then we went to the Chalk (i love the definition of 'a pub' style evening in brisbane - totally different to what we'd consider 'a pub' style evening in roma lol). there were a fair few people there, but they seemed to be either 12 or 50...so we just went and danced like idiots for a few songs, then got a drink....vodka and red bull for the girls....and coke for me yay! so we danced, sat and talked, danced some more, all with me being sober...and it was fun. by midnight we were winding down, so it was outside for a hot dog (with cheese, onion and bacon, i needed some indulgence in my night lol) then home.
so, pretty happy with going out, i was going to avoid it for feb just to make this easier, but it was good because of the people i was with, crazy crazy girls....rather than boring people who i have to drink around to make them interesting lol.
was going to go see avatar today (because i think i'm the only person in the world who hasn't seen it)...but i might hit the gym instead, i can finally walk again lol.
and....my mother still hasn't donated....slack in the extreme
